Refund and Exchange Policy

We offer a return only if the product was wrong/damaged.

We offer exchange only if there is a size fitting issue. 

We don’t provide return or exchange for products with any other issue. For example: design or colour issues. 

If you are not eligible for return or exchange according to our policy but you genuinely think you deserve return or exchange, please email us at contact.buyapop@gmail.com with valid reasons we will take your request forward over email. 


Exchange or Return time frame

We have a 7-day return or exchange policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return or exchange.

 

Product Conditions for Return

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. We don’t accept washed products for return or exchange. You'll also need to send us the receipt(along with order Id) to request return or exchange. 

 

How to send product to us

Once we receive a request for return or exchange. We will trigger product pick-up from your location using a third party courier service. In case our courier service is not available in your area, you will have to courier us the product to the communicated address(a maximum of Rs. 100/- will be reimbursed as courier charges). For scheduled pick-up we will need customer name, email address, address, phone number(for OTP verification). Our executive will communicate with you for the above details. 

 

Size Exchange

If you feel that the size you choose doesn’t fit you well, please request an exchange as soon as possible. You can mail us at contact.buyapop@gmail.com with the subject as [Exchange]: {order id}. Please mention the size and other details in email so that we can cater well to your request. 

We will ship the new product within two days of the scheduled pick-up(once pick-up is done).

 

Product Return

Please mail us at contact.buyapop@gmail.com with the subject as [Return]: {order id}. You are required to attach the following details over email in a video format(within 7 days of delivery):

  1. The courier package label.
  2. The neck label of the product.
  3. Incorrect product/Damage area.

If your return is accepted, you will receive a refund within 15 business days in the form of store credit or coupons which you can redeem on next order.

 

Refund

Refunds are made only in the form of store credit or coupon which you can redeem on next order. An entire amount(excluding the shipping charges) will be refunded in form or coupon which can be used for the next purchase. You will have to send the damaged product back to us with all labels, tags and receipt/bill. Credits or store coupon will be provided within 2-3 business days after damaged product reaches us, if it gets further delay please contact us at contact.buyapop@gmail.com.

 

Cancellation

The cancellation request is accepted if communicated within 2 hours of placing the order. Cancellation requests should be mailed to us at contact.buyapop@gmai.com with valid reasons. Once the cancellation is approved, the amount will be refunded via bank transfer within 7 business days.
